Rule, Terms and Conditions

• All room rates are quoted and remittance required in THB net per night inclusive of Service Charge, Government Tax and non-commissionable.
• All room type allow 2 person in each room only
  • There is no extra charge for children under 2.99 years of age sharing the same room as their parents (limited to a maximum of 1 child per room, unless otherwise stated) without an extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per contract meal rates.
  • Extra person 3 years of age or older is required to have an extra bed. (limited to a maximum of 1 extra bed per room) Extra bed will be charged 650 THB/night. (Rate are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax)
  • Meals Rate: Breakfast : 250 Baht/person (Rate are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax)
•  Transfer from/to Phuket International Airport (one way) by private car start from 900 Baht depend on pick up time and number of guest
• Rates are inclusive prevailing Government tax. Should the percentage of tax be increased on room and / or food and beverage, or additional taxes be imposed on these services, such increases/ decreases will be passed on to the contract holder.
• Check-in time is 02.00 p.m. (03.00 p.m. for Dormitory Room), a 200 Baht per hour will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2 p.m. subject to room availability
• Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure (11 a.m. for Dormitory Room). Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of contracted room rate if check out prior to 4.00 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 04.01 p.m.
• Cancellations/No show charges are applicable as detailed below:
  • In case of cancellation, written notice must be received by the hotel at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event that this written notice is not received as stipulated, and in the event that there is a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the original booking will be charged.
